Bluefin Capital Management, LLC and its affiliated entities are a privately owned and capitalized proprietary trading and investment group. Formerly known as Bluefin Trading LLC, the firm was founded in 2001, and initially began as a derivatives focused market making firm across US equity, equity option, and commodity exchange floors and a small office in New York. Bluefin leveraged its extensive experience and technology in derivative products and other asset classes to widen its breadth of strategies, eventually expanding to Europe and Asia. Today, Bluefin broadly focuses on trading and investing its own capital across multiple asset classes globally.
